* Reduced fee are only for European Society of Hypertension (ESH), International Society of Hypertension (ISH) and British & Irish Hypertension Society (BIHS) members. It will not be applied to members of other Hypertension Associations and National Societies

The registration fee includes:

 

– admission to the Opening of the Congress

– unlimited access to all scientific sessions

– access to the exhibition

– one congress bag with complete meeting material

– box lunches for April 12, 13 and 14, 2021

For those who have already registered for ESH-ISH 2020, registrations remain valid for the new event dates.
No actions are needed from your side.

 

Switch with a colleague
If you cannot attend, you can transfer your participation to one of your colleagues who would like to join ESH-ISH 2021. This option is only valid if your colleague comes from the same institution and can access the same fee category (e.g. ESH/ISH/BIHS member, Non Member, Trainees, Nurses, etc.)

Please note that the name related to a registration may be changed without fee until January 25, 2021.
 
In case your participation at the new meeting dates might not be possible, and you cannot swap with any colleague, your registration fee will be reimbursed. In this case, please send a short message to hypertension2021.reg@aimgroup.eu to receive further information on the refunding process. Please note that € 60 handling fee (for each registration fee) will be withheld and all refunds will be processed from September 2020.

 

 

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
An invoice will be issued as written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing Secretariat. Confirmation letter with barcode will be sent to all participants before the congress.

 

FOR YOUR SECURITY- HACKER ALERT

We have received complaints about a growing number of fraudulent websites and email address masquerading as the HYPERTENSION 2021 and offering registration, hotel bookings and other arrangements for the upcoming ESH-ISH 2021 Congress.

These sites and emails charge significant commissions, some of them illegally bear also the ESH or ISH logo.

These are not third party providers to the ESH and ISH and are not linked to the ESH or ISH in any way.
We strongly recommend that anyone attending ESH-ISH 2021 Joint  Meeting use only the official website for registration and accommodation requests: www.hypertension2021.org

PRESS REGISTRATION

Press Representatives can register to the meeting free of charge as PRESS by sending an email to  hypertension2021.reg@aimgroup.eu together with a copy of press-ID or similar document confirming the status of press representative. The registration includes a full set of congress materials and free entrance to all Meeting activities and scientific sessions.

 

NAME CHANGES FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND SMALL GROUPS LESS TO 10 PEOPLE ONLY

After January 25, 2021 name changes will be charged of a handling fee of Euro 150,00 (local VAT included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.

 

GROUP REGISTRATION

Group Registration is considered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals and the official Group registration form is used.

The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by December 21, 2020, even without the list of participants.
Final list of participants must be inserted in internet within January 25, 2021.
The difference between early and onsite registration fees must be paid for all the names not included in the final list within this date. 
All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee must be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.

Last Deadline to send the names of all participants is March 15, 2021. After this date, registration can be made individually at the NEW Registrations Desk on-site.

NAME CHANGE: After January 25, 2021 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 150,00 (local VAT included) per name change.

 

COLLECTION OF GROUPS’ CONGRESS MATERIAL

The collection of congress material for groups can be done on April 9 and 10 only. An appointment is required. Please send an email with your preference to s.segneghi@aimgroup.eu, no later than February 8, 2021. After this date and until April 6, each request of appointment will cost € 200,00. After April 6, requests of appointment will be no longer accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: group reservation without the individual mailing addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual mailing addresses must be included in order to register a group.

PLEASE NOTE: after 25 January, 2021 new group registrations or name changes can be done on-site in Glasgow.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND SMALL GROUPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE ONLY (for registrations made after March 31, 2020)

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM GROUP INTERNATIONAL. Cancellations will be accepted until January 25, 2021 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

CANCELLATION BEFORE JANUARY 25: 30% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE WITHELD
CANCELLATION AFTER JANUARY 25: NO REFUND

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

 

ADMISSION

Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badge during the Meeting activities. The badge allows entrance to the scientific sessions and the exhibition. Along with the badge, participants will receive also the lunch coupons, needed to receive the box lunch.

Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60,00 (VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.

Please note that children are not allowed in the Congress area throughout the duration of the Meeting. In case of negligence, the organising secretariat cannot be addressed for any responsibility.

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT

In the unlikely case that the Joint Meeting ESH-ISH 2021 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
